Hi, I’m Tosha — the heart behind Lil Bits N Bites.

This business started from a simple love for creativity, connection, and bringing people together around good food. I’ve always believed some of life’s best conversations happen over shared bites, laughter, and moments that feel intentional and warm. Charcuterie became my way of creating those experiences for others.

This journey has also been shaped by family — especially my mom, who inspires me with her strength, resilience, and love for people. Her support and encouragement remind me why community, hospitality, and creating welcoming spaces matter so much to me.

What began as making boards for friends and small gatherings quickly grew into something deeper. I realized I wasn’t just arranging food — I was helping create memories, celebrate milestones, and build connection. That realization turned a passion into purpose.

Lil Bits N Bites reflects who I am: creative, detail-oriented, community-centered, and passionate about making people feel special. Every board, grazing table, and class is created with care, joy, and intention.
